How to request deletion
Complete the form below using the email address registered with your HRV Jobs account. We may verify account ownership before processing the request to protect your information from unauthorized deletion.
Data covered by an account deletion request
Subject to verification and applicable legal or operational retention requirements, an eligible account deletion request may cover account details and personal information associated with the HRV Jobs account, including candidate profile information, contact details, profile photograph, resume/CV and candidate-supplied professional information, saved jobs and recruitment/application information maintained by HRV Jobs.
Information that may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, or establish and defend legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to what is required for those purposes and retained only for the applicable period.
What happens next
After receiving your request, HRVruddhi may contact you using your registered contact details to verify account ownership. Once verified, eligible information will be processed for deletion in accordance with applicable requirements and HRV Jobs’ privacy policy.
If the form is unavailable, contact the HRVruddhi support email published on the HRVruddhi website and use the subject “HRV Jobs Account Deletion Request”. Do not send passwords or other authentication secrets.
