HRV Jobs (“HRV Jobs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a recruitment and job-search platform operated through HRVruddhi. This policy explains the information processed when you use the HRV Jobs mobile application and associated job portal.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account or use HRV Jobs, we may process information you provide, including name, email address, mobile number, account/login information, profile photograph, date of birth where provided, location and preferred job locations, professional summary, designation, employer, work experience, compensation information, notice period, employment preferences, skills, languages, education, qualifications, certifications, projects, career preferences and other professional information you choose to add.

Candidates may upload a resume/CV and employment-related documents. The information contained in those files is determined by the candidate. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information.

2. Job application and recruitment information

When you use recruitment features, we may process jobs applied for, application status and dates, resumes associated with applications, interview information, offer/recruitment status, saved jobs and recruitment-related communications or notes.

3. Technical information

Technical information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure and diagnose the service, such as device/operating-system information, app version, server or error logs, IP/network information generated by hosting infrastructure, and login/session information.

4. How we use information

• Create, authenticate and manage accounts and candidate profiles.
• Enable resume/profile management, job search, saved jobs and job applications.
• Facilitate recruitment, interviews, offers and recruitment communication.
• Allow authorized employers or recruiters to review information relevant to recruitment.
• Provide support, maintain security, prevent misuse, diagnose problems and improve functionality.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell candidates’ personal information.

5. Employers and recruiters

Depending on the feature used and your actions, authorized employers or recruiters may receive candidate information relevant to recruitment, including profile, skills, experience, education, career preferences, resume and contact information where permitted by the platform or when you apply for a job.

6. Device permissions

HRV Jobs may use device file/photo selection functionality when you choose to upload a resume, document or profile photograph. Permissions are used only as required for the relevant user-initiated feature.

7. Sharing and service providers

Information may be made available to authorized employers/recruiters for recruitment purposes and processed by service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, storage, security, communications or other functionality necessary to operate HRV Jobs. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or others from fraud, misuse or security threats.

8. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission, server, database, mobile application or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

9. Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain recruitment and account records, meet legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security and comply with applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and purpose.

10. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your HRV Jobs account and associated personal information through the HRV Jobs app or our public account deletion page. We may verify account ownership before processing a request. Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or regulatory purposes.

11. Your choices

Subject to applicable law and available functionality, you may access or update profile information, change optional profile information, replace or remove your profile photograph, update your resume, and request correction or deletion of eligible personal information.

12. Children’s privacy

HRV Jobs is intended for employment and recruitment purposes and is not designed or directed toward children. Users should meet applicable minimum age requirements for using the service and seeking employment in their jurisdiction.

13. Third-party links

HRV Jobs may link to employer websites or independently operated third-party services. Their own privacy practices apply when you use those services.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when HRV Jobs functionality, data practices, legal requirements or services change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
