Production Manager / Machine Shop In-Charge
Job Description:
Manage daily production activities in the machine shop.
Plan production schedules and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Handle CNC, VMC, HMC and other machining operations.
Manage manpower, machines, tools and production resources.
Monitor quality, productivity, rejection and downtime.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning teams.
Ensure safety, 5S and discipline on the shop floor.
Prepare production reports and resolve day-to-day production issues.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
5+ years of experience in machine shop production.
Knowledge of CNC/VMC/HMC machining and engineering drawings.
Good manpower handling and production planning skills.
