Job Description
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery.
Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues.
Check motors, sensors, switches, bearings, belts and other machine components.
Assist senior technicians in machine installation, servicing and repairs.
Maintain maintenance records and report breakdowns.
Ensure machines are available for production with minimum downtime.
Follow safety procedures, 5S and maintenance standards.

Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Knowledge of motors, sensors and control panels
Basic knowledge of PLC and VFD
Pneumatic system knowledge
Bearing, belt and coupling maintenance
Use of electrical/mechanical hand tools
Preventive maintenance
Basic machine drawing/diagram reading
Problem-solving and teamwork
Industrial safety & 5S
Qualification / Certification
ITI – Electrician / Fitter / Mechanic – preferred
Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics – preferred
Experience: 0–2 years
Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma can apply
Certifications preferred: Electrical Safety, PLC Basics, VFD Basics, Industrial Safety/5S
