HRV Jobs is a recruitment and job-search platform operated through HRVruddhi. The platform enables candidates to create profiles, search for jobs, submit applications, upload resumes, manage career information, and interact with employers and recruiters.

Employers may also receive candidate information when a candidate applies for one of their jobs.

5. Resume Information

Candidates control the information they include in their resumes.

Before uploading a resume, candidates should review it carefully and avoid including information that is unnecessary for recruitment purposes, particularly sensitive personal information.

Where resume visibility functionality is available, a candidate’s resume may be accessible to authorized employers or recruiters in accordance with the functionality of HRV Jobs.

6. Profile Photograph

Candidates may choose to upload a profile photograph.

Where the application provides this functionality, candidates may change or remove their profile photograph.

A profile photograph may be visible to employers or recruiters as part of the candidate’s professional profile.

7. Permissions

HRV Jobs may request device permissions only where required for a particular feature.

For example, access to files, photos, media, or a system file picker may be used when a candidate chooses to upload a resume, document, or profile photograph.

Granting a permission does not mean that HRV Jobs automatically accesses all content available through that permission. Access should occur only as required for the relevant user-initiated functionality.

Permissions can generally be reviewed through the Android device settings.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share or make information available in the following circumstances:

Employers and recruiters: Candidate information may be made available to authorized employers or recruiters for recruitment-related purposes, including when candidates apply for jobs or participate in candidate-search functionality.

Service providers: Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, storage, analytics, or other functionality necessary to operate HRV Jobs.

Such providers should process information only as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal proceedings, regulatory requirements, or lawful requests from competent authorities.

Protection and security: Information may be used or disclosed where reasonably necessary to protect HRV Jobs, HRVruddhi, users, employers, or others from fraud, security threats, misuse, or unlawful activity.
